BrokerWorx Purchase/Sale includes:

  • Preparation and Execution of Deed of Sale and Deed of Loan (payment schedule, lender signature). Review of Promise to Purchase.
  • Notary’s fee and administration fees
  • Title sears and opinion (as per lender requirements – 30 years or visual search)
  • Memorandum of Adjustmenets
  • Verification of certificate of location, of payment of municipal/school taxes and insurance coverage
